Windows Users
If you are a Windows user, it is possible that you can solve your login problems by "telling" your computer that the Pet Portal is a "trusted site."
Here's how to do it:
1. Click the "Start" button, bottom left of your screen.
2. Choose "Settings" and then "Control Panel."
3. Double click the "Internet Options" icon.

A new window will open.
5. Click on the "Security" tab.
6. Click on the "Trusted sites" icon.
7. Click on the "Sites..." button.
8. Enter the following website address into the "Add this Web site to the zone: "box" https://www.vetsecure.com
9. NOTE: Be sure to include the "s" in "https://" of the web address.
10. Click "Add" and then click "OK"
11. Click "OK" on the Internet Properties window.
12. It is recommended that you shut down, then "restart" your computer.

That's It. You're done!
14. Try logging in to Pet Portal again.
